2014 Evaporative Coolers Project

  • As part of the re-roof project we removed all the evaporative coolers. Those ones (3) aren’t going back onto the roof. They were rusted, the bearings gone on one, they were all past their useful life.
  • The cooler on the facade facing Gold St. really was unattractive in that location. When we install the replacement it will be installed on the South side of the front room instead of the North side.
  • New coolers are installed, the North facing windows are temporarily covered with plywood until we can get new windows made.
  • We have three new AeroCool single inlet evaporative coolers on the roof, new roof-top ducting, they are wired and ready to go with just water hook-ups remaining.
